POLICIES AND PROCEDURES In order to guarantee availability, reservations are highly recommended. RESERVATIONS Reservations require a “reservation” deposit. The deposit will be applied against the rental. Some seasonal and special order items do require a nonrefundable deposit; you will be notified at the time of the reservation if the deposit is nonrefundable. All other reservation deposits will be refund as follows: Orders canceled more than 2 weeks in advance of the reserved date will be fully refunded. Orders canceled less than 2 weeks in advance of the reservation, except the day of the rental will forfeit the deposit. Orders canceled the day of the reservation will forfeit the deposit and be subject to an additional restocking fee billed at $35/hour with a 1-hour minimum. PRICING Unless otherwise noted, prices are a one-day charge. One-day charge is based on one day of use and includes a day to pick up, a day of use, and a day of return. You will be charged for items in your possession whether or not you use them. If you wish to rent/use items for more than one day, call for special pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you have a reservation, the prices at the time of the reservation will be honored. CHANGES Changes can be made up to noon the day before the scheduled delivery or pick up. Additions are subject to quantities on hand. DELIVERY OR PICKUP Delivery is available at an additional charge. Deliveries are to the door and does not include set up or knock down. Set up or knock down service is available at an additional charge. Deliveries set ups, and knock downs, must be arranged in advance with our office. Shortages must be reported before the event. If shortages are not reported, the quantities on the invoice will be considered delivered. The customer is responsible for the rental from delivery to return. All breakage and lost items, including packing boxes and carts provided, are the responsibility of the customer if damaging weather conditions occur, all rental items should be secured and protected. Payment in full is due upon possession. RETURNS Items should be returned clean and in the original packing unless otherwise instructed. All items should be free of food, except linens. Griddles and Barbecues should be free of food and grease. Tables and chairs should be refolded and returned to carts provided. All rental items should be gathered in a single location near the door. Additional charges may be required for services not included on the contract (cleaning fees, knock down, etc.). You will be billed at replacement cost for any missing or damaged items. |
